As the world's premier experiential learning and child physical development center, we are committed to helping kids build confidence and reach new milestones while having a blast.

Are you passionate about dance, sports, education, and inspiring young minds? We're seeking energetic and enthusiastic instructors to join us on a  part-time basis. As a vital member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to lead exciting and engaging classes that promote physical activity, coordination, and social development in children ages 4 months to 12 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate high-energy classes for children, incorporating elements of gymnastics, dance, sports skills, and more.
  • Teach ballet, tap, tumbling, jazz and hip-hop classes to children 3-12 year olds. 
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends and a few mornings. 
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and exercises.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with The Little Gym's curriculum and educational objectives, fostering growth in motor skills, cognitive abilities, and social interaction.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers, providing feedback and encouragement on their child's progress and achievements.

Qualifications:
  • Passion for working with children and promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working with children in a dance setting required.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and physical fitness concepts.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Required Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
